About the Event
Uganda’s National Science Week 2026 brought together leading scientific institutions, innovators, universities, government agencies, and the private sector to showcase groundbreaking advancements in science, technology, and innovation.
CLARF was honored to host an interactive exhibition stall where visitors explored how biomedical research contributes to improved public health, vaccine development, diagnostics, therapeutics, and scientific capacity building in Uganda and beyond.

Ethical Laboratory Animal Research
Visitors learned about CLARF’s commitment to ethical, high-quality, and internationally compliant laboratory animal research practices that support scientific excellence.
Pre-Clinical Research and Testing
The team demonstrated how CLARF supports pre-clinical testing for vaccines, therapeutics, diagnostics, and biomedical innovations before translation into real-world solutions.
School Biosciences Support Program
Students and educators interacted with programs designed to inspire the next generation of Ugandan scientists through hands-on biosciences engagement.
